He was previously Chief of Staff to the President of the United States. Prior to his White House service, Mr. Skinner served as U.S. Secretary of Transportation. He is also a director of ANTEC Corporation, Union Pacific Resources Group Inc., Midwest Express Holdings, Inc., NAVIGANT Consulting, Inc. and U.S. Freightways Corp. Member of LTV's Board Affairs and Audit Committees.
