Customer Service Center


LTV Steel's critical flat rolled customer service and order management functions are conducted in the highly efficient LTV Customer Service Center (LCSC) at the Company's headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio.

The modern, efficient, 58,000-square-foot facility is designed around a client server-based computer system that provides customer service representatives, account managers, the commercial department, and field service engineers with accurate, up-to-the-minute information.

Customer service representatives are aligned by key markets with a strong emphasis on self-directed work teams to respond to the needs of LTV's flat rolled steel customers.

Continual training and employee learning are keystones of successful sales and service organizations. The LCSC has a fully equipped, state-of-the-art training facility to educate customer service representatives and other LTV personnel.

LCSC training enables customer service representatives to learn better methods of satisfying customers, and to improve their knowledge of steel products and processes, PC and systems skills, and personal skills.
