Design Your Benefits For Salaried Positions

This comprehensive package provides financial assistance for your health, income, and retirement needs with coverage available to your family members as well. The package includes benefit plans such as educational assistance, a 401K plan and others.

Because different employees have different needs which can change over time, the package has built-in flexibility. In other words, you can design a benefit package to meet your personal needs.

In addition, LTV gives you supplemental salary, or extra pay, to spend on the benefits that mean the most to you. Some benefits are fully paid by LTV, while for others, you and LTV share the cost. There are also tax advantages available in some areas.
